The FOCI Leadership Forum is standing up two additional groups, which will become active in late 2026 or early 2027:

• Group 2 — SMOs, GC/CLO & select C-suite. For Senior Management Officials (SMOs), General Counsel and Chief Legal Officers, and other select C-suite leaders of FOCI-mitigated companies.
• Group 3 — Inside Directors & Shareholder Representatives. For Inside Directors and other shareholder representatives of FOCI-mitigated companies. Group 3 will meet in the USA, UK, or Europe.

Registering interest is not membership and creates no obligation — it tells us who the groups should serve, and we'll contact you as they stand up.
