These terms govern your use of www.foci.us and your registration for the FOCI Leadership Forum, operated by Monoc Securities LLC ("Monoc").

Eligibility and validation

Group 1 registration is open to active Outside Directors and Proxy Holders serving on boards of companies operating under Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) mitigation. Individuals eligible for the forming groups — Senior Management Officials, General Counsel / Chief Legal Officers and other select C-suite leaders (Group 2), and Inside Directors and other shareholder representatives (Group 3) — may register interest; registering interest is not membership and creates no obligation on either side. Registration is a request to join, not an admission: Monoc validates each registration, in its sole discretion, before extending membership. Submitting the form creates no obligation on either side.

Accurate information

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are the person registering. We may decline or revoke membership where information is inaccurate or eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Fees

Registration is free. If paid offerings are introduced, terms and pricing will be presented separately before any charge.
